We first met Patrick when we were shopping for a condo in Boston. He acted as a buyer's broker for us in that transaction. We were so impressed with his performance that we immediately reached out to him a few years later when the time came to sell the property. Patrick really knows his stuff, and is well supported when need be by the office staff. We felt like we were his most important clients. He really took care of everything.

As a first time home buyer, I had very little knowledge myself, and Patrick really helped me understand where and when to buy. Also, he helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for.
