How often will I get listings?

Your choice: as soon as a matching home is listed, or once a day. Tell us in the form or reply to any alert.

Does this cost anything?

No. Listing alerts are free and you can stop them at any time.

Can I change what I am looking for?

Yes. Reply to any alert or call or text us and we will update your search.

Do I have to work with you to get alerts?

No. If you want to tour homes with us, we will first sign a written buyer agreement, which Massachusetts agents now need before showing homes.
